Oyako-donburi with oatmeal

<last wednesday>
- main dish: Oyako-donburi(Oyako-bowl)
  chicken(50g)
  sliced onion(1/4)
  welsh onion(chopped)
  a egg
  donburi-tsuyu no moto(dasi+soi sauce powder)
  wartet(100ml)
  oatmeal

- mozuku-su
  mozuku*
  Japanese vinegar

- miso soup
  wakake

*mozuku is one of popular seaweeds in Japan.
 
<cooking steps>
① Boil water, then add tsuyu no moto and onion.
② After two or three minutes add chickens.
③ After two or three minutes(when color of chickens changed) add stired raw egg.
④ Stir egg in a pan with chopsticks. Stop boiling after egg getting firm. Finally put the contents of pan on boiled oatmeal.
