Ton-Katsu with oatmeal

"Ton" is pork and "Katsu" is a deep-fried breaded cutlet of meat in Japanese. So to make the Ton-Katsu, you add flour lightly around a piece of pork, then dip it in egg before putting both side of it on bread crumbs, and fry it in hot oil.

- main dish
  Ton-Katsu
  potato salad(potato, cucumber, fish sausage, mayonnaise)
  sliced cabbage
  spinach butter saute
  tomato

- miso soup
  miso
  wakame
  egg

- oatmeal(about 200ml)

Many Japanese like Ton-Katsu. When you eat it, it'll be better to use a Ton-Katsu sauce which is specially made for "Katsu".
